Looking for a delightful Sunday adventure? The Bucks Social Club has got you covered! We’re thrilled to invite you to a charming afternoon of exploration and indulgence. Picture this: a leisurely walk through the stunning Chilterns followed by a delightful home cooked Pizza, doesn’t that sound perfect?
When?
Sunday 25th May 2025 and Sunday 27th July 2025
Meeting Point:
Ellesborough Parish Hall, Butlers Cross, Aylesbury, HP17 0TX
Time: Meet us from 12:30hrs onwards. The walk kicks off at 13:00hrs sharp!
What’s the Plan?
We’ll embark on a short, social walk starting from Butlers Cross to the beautiful Church of St. Peter and St. Paul. As we continue, we’ll find ourselves walking under the serene shadow of Beacon Hill. The journey will then lead us to the iconic Ridgeway Walk, offering breathtaking views of the Chequers Estate. Our adventure wraps up back at Butlers Cross, where a a roaring fire will meet us ready for hand crafted pizza's will be provided along with refreshments..
Walk Duration:
Approximately 1 – 1.5 hours
Difficulty: Easy to moderate, with a shorter loop available if needed.
